Professional invigilation as standard
Every examination at Ark Exam Centre is invigilated by trained, JCQ-compliant invigilators. This is not an optional extra — it is a requirement of the Joint Council for Qualifications and forms part of every exam entry.
What our invigilators do
- Check candidate identity on arrival
- Distribute and collect examination papers
- Enforce exam regulations throughout
- Manage access arrangements (extra time, rest breaks, etc.)
- Handle any issues arising during the exam in line with JCQ guidance
- Complete all required documentation for submission
External invigilation requests
In some circumstances, we can provide invigilation services for external organisations — for example, schools or colleges that need additional invigilators during busy exam periods. Contact us to discuss your requirements.
All invigilators are DBS-checked and trained in current JCQ regulations. Our invigilation team is reviewed and refreshed annually.
