1. Exam Entry

By registering with Ark Exam Centre, you confirm that you are eligible to sit the examination(s) specified. It is your responsibility to ensure your entry is for the correct subject, tier, awarding body and series.

2. Fees and Payment

All fees must be paid in full before your exam entry is submitted to the awarding body. Fees are non-refundable once an entry has been submitted, unless the examination is cancelled by the awarding body.

3. Entry Deadlines

Entries submitted after the published deadline may incur a late entry surcharge set by the awarding body. We will not be liable for entries that miss deadlines due to late payment or incomplete application information.

4. Exam Regulations

All candidates must comply with JCQ regulations during examinations. Failure to comply may result in disqualification. We are required to report any suspected malpractice to the relevant awarding body.

5. Access Arrangements

Access arrangements must be requested and approved before your entry is submitted. We cannot guarantee approval by the awarding body. Approved arrangements are non-transferable between series.

6. Cancellation

If you need to withdraw from an examination, notify us in writing as soon as possible. Refunds are subject to awarding body refund policies and are not guaranteed.

7. Results and Certificates

Results and certificates are issued by awarding bodies, not by Ark Exam Centre. We are not responsible for errors or delays by awarding bodies.
